2025 ROSTER - Summer (OPEN PARENT FAQ 2025)


**EVERY PLAYER LISTED BELOW MUST BE 100% GREEN IN FINAL FORMS. THIS IS

THE ONLY WAY TO BE OFFICIALLY ADDED TO THE ROSTER and ABLE TO

PARTICIPATE.

**IF NOT UPDATED GREEN AND 100%, HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. All

forms must be signed, and documents uploaded.

**Player Fee of $300 must be paid by June 16th

**All Money raised are donations to support OMS Football

2024-2025 and are not subject to Refund.

**Navy Blue Shorts, White T Shirt, Cleats, and Gym Shoes are the only

items needed. Be on the Lookout for the Team Store Link posted next this week.
