"WHEN PARTICIPATING IN MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS, VACATIONS & TIME MISSED SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLANNED DURING DEAD PERIOD. DEAD PERIOD IS USUALLY ALWAYS THE LAST WEEK OF JUNE & FIRST WEEK OF JULY."
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
* Attendance at Workouts & Practices remain mandatory and can directly impact playing time, starting positions, team roles, and roster spot.
* Excused Absences are Only for Sickness with official letter from Provider, Family Emergency (must be communicated to and approved by coaching staff), or the discretion of the Head coach
*Unexcused Absences due to lack of Transportaion or participation in other events outside of Oakland Middle Football are unexcused.
* Missing Practice or workouts for any reason will result in Make Up conditioning. Make up conditioning will almost never exceed what the team did on day that player was absent.
