Welcome to my 6th grade math web page. I hope that you use these resources to help your child be successful. Please continue working on basic multiplication facts. We will be working on FLUENCY skills all year with multiplication and division of decimals being a priority. Your child should be MATH READY for class (math folder/notebook, notes, paper, pencil, book, and completed homework).Homework will be given daily as I will send out emails to parents with assignments and upcoming quizzes. Also, we will be using technology within the classroom. A phone is not required but welcomed in the classroom. For students without a device, an alternative method will be offered.  Organization will be a key for optimal success. We do use a calculator some, however most work will be completed without a calculator. However, my policy is "no work...no credit"!!! They must show all of their work. I look forward to seeing your child's math progress throughout the year.  Please feel free to contact me via e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.
