September 21 - September 25
We are continuing to investigate ideas surrounding the Periodic Table of Elements and The Atomic Structure of these Elements. We will also look at how these Elements can interact with each other and create Compounds
Monday/Tuesday: "How are elements arranged on the periodic table?", "What are atoms made of?" and "How are atoms that make up each element different from another element's atoms?"
Wednesday: Atomic Structure Practice and Quiz over Periodic Table/Atomic Structure
Thursday/Friday: "Which combination of substances in a bath bomb produce a gas?" and "What gas(es) could be coming from the bath bomb?"
Helpful Information:
*Attendance is important. If students miss a "block" day, its like missing two days in Science. HOWEVER, if they are running a fever or vomiting, please keep them home. Also, if they have a doctor's appointment, please send in an excuse note.
