About Mrs. Beasley

Welcome and I am so excited to be a part of your child's school year! This is my second year at OMS, and I am honored to be here! I have been teaching for two years and I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired. I hold a dual master's degree in K-5th curriculum and instruction and K-8th special education. I continually seek new ways to engage students and enhance their learning experience. Outside of school, I enjoy challenging hikes, kayaking, writing about nature, which often find their way into our classroom activities. My family and I have made a bucket list of visiting all of the 63 National Parks in the United States thus far we have been to over 23! I am looking forward to a fantastic year of learning and growing!
