Mr. Hearnes's Homepage

Mr. Hearnes has been teaching band at Oakland Middle School since the day it opened in 2010. OMS has two directors, the other being Mr. Scott Kinney who has also been here since the beginning.  Mr. Hearnes has been teaching since 2001 in Rutherford County.  The OMS directors will do everything possible to make your child's experience one that will help them develop character and life skills through musical training.  Mr. Hearnes is also a composer and arranger with an international percussion publications company and plays in the orchestra at Northside Baptist Church.
