About Mr. Morgan

I've been teaching quite a few years now and have taught all grades from grade six through 12. I've taught English, history, U.S. Government, Digital Arts and Design, and a few other subjects.

I have a bachelor's degree from MTSU in military studies and organizational leadership. My master's degree is in education (curriculum and instruction) and I have about 45 graduate hours beyond my master's.

Teaching is my second career. Prior, I spent more than 20 years in journalism and am a veteran of the US Coast Guard. I am married and I have 3 daughters.

Hobbies and interests include:

Reading and writing.
Judo.
Stamp collecting (think of the previous bullet point before poking fun).
Gardening.
